"E2 were appointed in August 2010 to carry out appraisals and feasibility studies for the buildings (nos. 50, 51 & 53 St Martin’s Lane). E2 explored various options with agents and cost consultants through development appraisals, produced to ascertain the cost benefit profile over a 25 year period.
E2 ascertained and maximised the highest potential GDV within a moving brief, staying agile and responsive throughout the project as market conditions evolved. Acting with our interest at the front and foremost of their mind, E2’s input proved invaluable.
