From our many years of experience we know it is best to take things step by step. This way you can build up a picture and understanding of the complex interacting project parameters as you go along so that when you get to the end of your project you know why things are the way they are and you are happy with them.

At each step we will raise and address the important questions with you as we go. We will help you to understand the considerations and implications of the decisions that need to be made so you can make them with confidence. At each stage we will seek to make sure you are happy with progress and sign off on the design before proceeding to the next stage. Each step empowers you with confidence to make the next step on the journey to realising an exceptional project.

Of course each project is unique and therefore the process of your project will have its own nuances. This is why thorough preparation in the initial stages to establish a robust strategic brief that meets your personal values and identifies the particular constraints and opportunities of your building or site is essential to the ultimate success and return on your investment.

For this reason our initial proposal is always up to a concept design stage taking you through these first steps to establish the route to success with you and make recommendations on how to achieve your vision and crucially, where the WOW might be.
