E2 are proud to be expanding our specialism for Listed Buildings and Conservation Architecture. We are currently working with developer Max Barney on two buildings of significant heritage interest in Westminster and Camden, The Grade II Listed George & Dragon Pub and the Drill Hall, Farringdon Road, built in 1888. We have also started work on a side extension to a Grade II Listed private house in Tower Hamlets.

Max Barney are a family run developer with a varied buildings portfolio located across London. E2 are proud to have been approached to assist in the refurbishment and redevelopment of two of their heritage assets. This follows our growing involvement in the field of conservation architecture over the last three years and both projects are equally demanding and fascinating.
Working with Listed buildings and heritage assets is always an eye opening experience. No two historic buildings are the same, uncovering their unique characteristics is what makes working on these projects so enjoyable. The outcome, knowing we’ve had a hand in preserving the heritage and cultural fabric of the city of London, whilst enhancing our client’s asset, is something we take great pride in.
