    Our private commercial client came to us with an existing planning permission to redevelop a constrained warehouse site adjacent the railway north of Homerton station, with a five storey mixed use office and residential new build, to see if we could improve on the approved design.

    Have a Development project in mind?

    We maximised the planning envelope for the site, adding a storey over the approved building to include three three bedroom penthouse suites, in the process also improving on the unit sizes to the approved scheme, with four two bedroom apartments and two one bedroom flats.

    In the process and with the same number of units as the approved scheme we have significantly increased the estimated GDV.
