After a hard fought but successful planning permission the Pavilion team have been working tirelessly on the construction package that will deliver ‘the best of modern contemporary living with the highest levels of sustainability’ on this Blackheath site.
Dan Fisher and Sam Cooper have been leading a tight knit team of technical and specialist consultants in order to detail the building from concrete piled foundation to grass roof. The design is now complete and Goldsmith Construction Ltd has been appointed to carry out the build. Site preparation has begun for an eagerly anticipated start on site that is set for the first of September.
Using a fabric first approach the team has achieved a zero-carbon building that uses cutting edge construction techniques to deliver a house with a very low energy demand. The sustainability criteria are only one part of the agenda and the house will be ultra-modern with a high end interior specification, including a home automation system which can be remotely controlled from your smart phone app.
We will be running site tours during the construction for clients and colleagues.
