Granville Park, Blackheath

The refurbishment and conversion of an elegant Victorian villa on Granville Park. Previously split into three flats over four floors, the house is now returned, occupying the top three floors and complimented by a two bedroom flat at lower ground floor level. The upper ground floor has now become a dedicated living space for our client with a large open plan design. The project has involved an extensive redesign of the building to suit our client’s needs for a comfortable and efficient family home. Every last piece of space has been allocated to a use, including innovative placement of en suite bath and shower rooms, as well as the utility space for the main house.
