E2’s refurbishment of a delightful bijou property on Goodwin’s Court in Covent Garden draws to a close. This project will result in the total transformation of an unloved Georgian era two storey building along the Dickensian pedestrian passage. Known for its connection to J.K. Rowling by Harry Potter fans, the passage, a stone’s throw from London’s Theatreland, will now feature a revamped artist studio for our client, breathing new life into this historic one of a kind building. The new interior is starting to take shape following the completion of structural works which have consolidated the building for many decades to come.
